How to pay the outstanding balance?
Important: if you wish to pay on arrival, please send us a message informing us of this choice.
On arrival
You can pay the outstanding balance on arrival in cash, by cheque or bank transfer (visible as credited to our account at your date of arrival).
No payment means no keys to the apartment.
Payment by credit/debit card
You can pay the outstanding balance by bank card from this page.
A FEW DAYS BEFORE
Preparations
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to organise your stay and reception at your apartment.

Your arrival
After showing you around the apartment, we will conduct an inventory and inspection. We will ask you to pay a 500 euro damage deposit (cheque not cashed). It will be returned to you following a satisfactory departure inventory revealing no breakages, damage or missing items.
Times
- Arrival: from 2.30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Outside these times, a lockbox will be used for the keys
- Departure: 10 a.m.
