Our “Port View Apartment” is on the first floor of Villa La Conche. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests and has 2 bedrooms. One attractive feature is that it is a “through” apartment “through” apartments spanning from the south-facing terrace to the North-facing terrace, with barbecue, offering a commanding view of the port, reputed for its tradition and natural authenticity!
The apartment has been awarded a “Furnished Holiday Rental” 3 star rating and has a private parking space.
Its proximity to the food shops in Le Canon, the nearest village, is a plus, not forgetting the market (held in July and August) only 5 minutes away on foot!

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment

A maximum of 5 guests during the stay (for comfort and insurance reasons)
We strive to create an atmosphere of peace, relaxation and rest. Please keep noise down on the north-facing terrace (port side) and in the garden at all times. Noisy gatherings and parties are not allowed.
Arrival and departure
You may take possession of the apartment between 2 p.m. and 8.30 p.m.
Departure is before 10 a.m..
Depending on bookings and cleaning, there may be some flexibility to arrival and departure times.
During school holidays in spring and summer, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only, with a minimum of 7 nights.
50% of the rental cost is to be paid on booking with the balance settled on the day of arrival. Cheques and bank transfers are accepted.
We will refund your deposit if you cancel more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival
Your deposit will not be returned unless we are able to find an alternative rental for your occupation period if you cancel less than 60 days before scheduled arrival.
