Villa La Conche is located in the “Piraillan neighbourhood“, in the oldest part of the village, overlooking the fishing and oyster port, only 150 meters from the beach and in the midst of the colourful cabins.
At high or low tide, there is always water; this is not the case everywhere across Arcachon Bay. 2 small sandy beaches frequented by those “in the know”, the sand visible or covered depending on the tide. Very popular with families with young children, and with swimmers.
Our villa is ready to welcome guests throughout the year in its 3 apartments which fully satisfy modern-day customer expectations in terms of comfort, design and the quality of their equipment.
We take great care to welcome you under the best possible conditions and apply our constant efforts to improving the accommodation that we offer.
However, the accommodation at Villa La Conche is not optimally equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility.

The Villa and its surroundings
The garden apartment, located on the ground floor, can accommodate 8 guests, has 3 bedrooms with 2 beautiful terraces and a fenced garden, ideal for large families or 2 couples with children.
The 2 apartments on the 1st floor of Villa La Conche, accommodating 4/5 guests are identical, only their outlooks differ, with a port view or bay view. One attractive feature is that both are “through” apartments spanning from the south-facing terrace to the north-facing terrace.
Our 3 apartments apartment have been awarded a “Furnished Holiday Rental” 3 star rating and have a private parking area not covered, not closed for our tenants.
Their proximity to the food shops in Le Canon, the nearest village, is a plus, not forgetting the market (held in July and August) only 5 minutes away on foot!
The Villa is 150 meters from the village beach where scenery changes with the movement of the tides. The 23 km of unspoiled ocean beaches running the entire length of the peninsula can be reached by cutting through the forest in just 15 minutes. See surroundings

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, cloths, bath mats and a waxed tablecloth.
For hygiene reasons, the mattresses and pillows have disposable protective covers.

Personal hygiene : shower gel, soap. Cleaning : floor mop, sponge, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets.

Body board, flippers, beach games, freely available walking or hiking poles…

End of stay cleaning
You are responsible for cleaning the apartment at the end of your stay. The apartment should be as clean and tidy when you leave as when you arrived.
A fixed price cleaning service is available (€95-€130 depending on apartment size)
In situ bicycle rentals
Per week (€ 29 per bike) or per day (€ 7 per bike).
In July-August, weekly rentals only
Included: bike locks, helmets, child seat, tools to make adjustments, storage area.
Pets accepted subject to conditions
Maximum weight 10 kg – one pet per apartment – € 8 per night supplement.
