WITHIN 24 HOURS

As soon as we accept your booking (within 24 hours), your deposit will be debited from your account.

Your booking will then be confirmed by email.

10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

You will be sent a message reminding you to pay the outstanding balance of the cost of your holiday rental (see terms and conditions in our rental agreement and we will prepare for your reception on arrival.

You are paying on arrival

You can pay the outstanding balance in cash, by cheque or bank transfer (visible as credited to our account at your date of arrival)

You are paying by credit/debit card

10 days before arrival, you will receive a message with a link for payment by credit / debit card stating the remaining amount to pay.

“D” DAY

Your arrival at Villa La Conche

After showing you around your apartment, we will conduct an inventory and inspection. We will ask you to pay a 500 euro damage deposit (cheque not cashed). It will be returned to you following a satisfactory departure inventory revealing no breakages, damage or missing items
